Lesotho developed this social and behaviour change communicaton strategy to establish communication objectives that address delaying sexual debut, reducing multiple concurrent partners, increasing condom use including the ability of girls and women to negotiate condom use, increasing demand for services, and reducing gender-based violence and stigma and discrimination.
