The guide was developed by FHI 360 at the request of the Global HIV Prevention Coalition to support countries and programs designing virtual programs for key populations as well as for countries applying for funding to help mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on HIV programming. HIV programs can use this guide to help them consider approaches, budget items, and unit costs for virtual HIV interventions based on FHI 360’s implementation experience in more than 35 countries.
