Based on multisectoral consultations and lessons learned from past interventions, the National HIV and AIDS Strategic Plan 2016-2020 was designed to fast track the country’s effort to end AIDS by 2030. The plan emphasizes rights-based approaches to scale up HIV services and provides evidence-based strategies for the implementation of the national response to HIV.
