The condom planning package, developed by Mann Global Health (MGH), provides countries with a step-by-step process to produce a national strategic operational plan to achieve sustained increases in condom use. Using different tools presented as part of the package, condom programmers will ensure alignment around a common set of goals and prioritised activities. The outputs from the process will assist in international and domestic fundraising and will enable condom programmers to articulate strategic priorities to government, implementers, stakeholders and donors.
