This road map is designed to ensure that the national HIV prevention programme removes barriers to HIV services and responds to the impact of both COVD-19 and armed conflict in regions of Ethiopia. To facilitate the realisation of the prevention goals of the 2023-2027 National Strategic Strategy, the road map defines in greater detail the strategy’s HIV prevention interventions, service delivery models, indicators, leadership, accountability and the monitoring framework.
