This framework and plan serve as a platform to unite stakeholders towards achieving national HIV control goals and providing tools for mobilising the required resources. Its goal is to fast-track the national response towards ending AIDS in Nigeria by 2030. Thematic areas include prevention of HIV among general and key populations, HIV testing services, elimination of mother-to-child transmission, HIV treatment, and HIV care, support and adherence.
