The review seeks to assess whether implementation of Uganda's HIV/AIDS Strategic Plan (NSP) 2020-21-2024/25 is on track against set targets; identify challenges, gaps, lessons learned and best practices during implementation; recommend adjustments for the remaining years; and develop a national priority action plan for the remaining period informed by new evidence.
