Operational Plan for Differentiated HIV Service Delivery

This plan describes ways to improve access to HIV testing, care and treatment and promote an environment favorable to the HIV response through a client-centred approach that considers the preferences of different groups of people living with HIV while reducing unnecessary burdens on the health system.
