After extensive discussions with people living with HIV, key populations and service providers, UNAIDS developed this operating guidance to facilitate the pilot implementation of HIV self-testing. The guidelines are intended for use in outreach services, drop-in centres and counselling and testing centers. The annex contains a data collection form in Arabic.
