National HIV/AIDS Strategic Plan

This updated plan for 2023/24–2025/26 is designed to build on Ethiopia's progress in nearing HIV epidemic control and address key programmatic gaps, with an emphasis on reaching epidemic control across all ages, geographies and population groups. To facilitate realisation of the strategy's goals, the national road map defines in greater detail the country's HIV prevention interventions, service delivery models, indicators, leadership, accountability and monitoring framework.
