National HIV/AIDS Strategy

The overarching goals of Ukraine's strategy are to address the HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and viral hepatitis epidemics as a global threat to public health and well-being; improve the quality of life and life expectancy; and reduce morbidity, disability and mortality. The strategy is to achieve those goals by establishing and operating effective, innovative and flexible systems that ensure the quality and affordability of services based on human and patient rights and needs.
