The GPC organized a consultation of national AIDS programme managers from 21 coalition countries in Amersterdam on 21 July 2018. Participants assessed progress towards the 2018 milestones of 2020 Global HIV Prevention Road Map. They also agreed to further strengthening institutional arrangements for prevention at country level, including meaningful engagement of civil society organisations; updating or setting HIV prevention targets; and reviewing or developing national strategic plans or preveniton strategies, as wells as needs-oriented capacity building and technical assistance plans.
